Welcome!

I’m a licensed professional counselor with a relational, trauma-informed approach to therapy. I help individuals & partners better understand themselves, their relationships, & the patterns that keep showing up in their lives.

Authenticity, compassion, & collaboration are the core values of my clinical practice.

I’m especially passionate about providing affirming, thoughtful care for LGBTQ+ & neurodivergent folks, & people navigating relationships, identity, sexuality, kink, & nontraditional relationship structures.

    • I work with individuals, couples, polycules/partners/roommates (3+ people), & facilitate therapy groups + workshops.

    • I primarily work with adults 18+. I work with adolescents/teens 12+ on a case-by-case basis. Contact me for more details.

    • Currently, I practice Clinical Mental Health Counseling in person in New Orleans, LA & via telehealth in Louisiana. If you are located outside of Louisiana, contact me for details about my coaching services.

    • I am considered an out-of-network provider, & cannot accept insurance.

  • For those both within & outside of Louisiana, I offer personalized coaching via video call. Coaching services include, but are not limited to:

    • Dating & relationship coaching for individuals & partners seeking to build communication, conflict management, & repair skills.

      • LGBTQ+, neurodiverse folks, &/or those navigating non-monogamy/polyamory encouraged.

    • ADHD coaching for individuals seeking support in executive functioning challenges like time management, organization, goal-setting, & planning ahead.

    • Individual Sessions

      • 50 minutes: $120

      • 80 minutes: $150

    • Couples Sessions

      • 50 minutes: $150

      • 80 minutes: $180

    • Polycules/Partners/Roommates/etc. Sessions

      • Group of three, 80 minutes: $250

      • Group of three, 120 minutes: $300

      • Group of four, 80 minutes: $300

      • Group of four, 120 minutes: $375

    • I cannot accept insurance. I am happy to provide you with superbills to submit for reimbursement.

    • Currently, I have limited sliding scale slots available. Contact me for further details.

    • Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University New Orleans.

    • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Louisiana.

    • Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC).
